I've been a member of Energia Athletics for a year now. I started at the complete beginning of a new fitness journey, where a flight of stairs would have me out of breath. I had a conventional gym membership, but always found ways to talk myself out of going! My partner encouraged me to give CrossFit a try.

As a 69 year old woman, & new gym member, I’m absolutely thrilled with the welcoming owners, coaches, community and the many class options. The coaching is excellent, with individualized modifications as needed so my anxiety about joining a new gym melted away immediately. Both the Yoga & Yin classes are fantastic & it’s great to have these included in my membership. Just steps away from the Pape subway station makes it super convenient and a walk along the Danforth post-class just adds to my experience. Highly recommend Energia Athletics!
