Great experience. Kadie is very warm and friendly. It’s a queer positive space. Kadie’s certifications and accreditations are all over the walls, giving you confidence in their skills.
I saw Ella today for a full piercing change-out after a negative experience at another shop. Ella was the SWEETEST human alive and was so so gentle with my sore piercings. I HIGHLY recommend going to see them if you're in the city. I will 1000% be going back to Ella for any future piercings/issues. Thanks again for getting me in so quickly!
My piercer Kadie was absolutely phenomenal! It was my first time getting multiple piercings so I was nervous. But she was so patient, kind and understanding, and explained what was happening every step of the way! Such a professional environment, I cannot recommend this place enough!!
