My 6yo daughter and her friend just got their ears pierced with Kadie! Julia and Kadie welcomed us warmly and showed us the different type of earrings the girls can choose from. The atmosphere was clean and lively with beautiful plants.
Kadie explained the whole processed to the girls and explained every detail to us. She pinky promised the girls that she won’t do anything without their consent and the girls both took deep breaths in and bam! It was done! They didn’t even cry! I was really looking forward to having a tattoo done here. I made an appointment for a consultation, which the tattoo artist didn’t show up for. Then the staff suggested another of their artists do it and that she would call me. I never heard back from this place. So disappointing.
Update; The staff kindly contacted me and explained what had occurred and offered to make things right, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I had already found another place to go. Regardless of my experience, the shop was bright and clean and the staff were very friendly.
This was easily the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. I was quite anxious because I’ve had multiple piercings with some not-great experiences, but Kadie was by far the kindest and most attentive piercer I’ve met. Kadie was reassuring, incredibly patient, and also had what I’d consider surgical precision and incredible attention to detail for the location of the piercing and worked with me to change piercing dot placement until we were both happy. The piercing itself was smooth, sterile, and as pain free as it could be. There was even a thoughtful cool saline compress ready right after to soothe the sting.
