I asked for snow removal days ago, someone came and took a picture of my Neighbors and left.
I tried calling multiple times and no answer.
They charged me without clearing the snow

Very bad experience. I have trying to cancell the service since 2 weeks ago, the keeping charging without even coming here, last time they came, they didn't clean at all, because i had cleaned already, and they charged me 127 dollars for nothing, they just ignored the cancellation emails
