Called my house at midnight!!! I already sent over info for them to email the provided and then ask me for same info also at midnight?.
Not impressed and don’t think I’m going through with them .

I started this process a week ago. I was approved for the loan, so they assigned a loan officer named Dwayne, he said everything needs to be verified. He said he could expedite my loan for $245 and he sent me a link for a transfer request, i sent the etransfer, few minutes later i get a notification saying he took out $500 out if my account. I told him he couldn't take that money without my permission, he proceeded to say i would be refunded, then they took anoth $580, left my RBC account with $7.
So they asked me to open a KOHO account which is locked because I couldn't access my account, tried to many times.

I really appreciate for EasternLoan standing behind their products to help out their clients who are facing situations where they need funds to take care of better than traditional banks would declined your loan request right away due to multiple factors reasons that they don’t meet their expectations. For this company, I am very grateful for their great services for approving my loan request that I need to take care of my bills.
