Administrative service is quite unprofessional - consider another location or company. I booked a series of appointments to try and establish a good therapeutic schedule and after the first one the therapist insisted I come back to see her earlier than planned - which I did... booking a 45 minute follow-up that turned into a distracted 20 minutes of her note taking... they did adjust the billing to reflect a 30 minute session but it was not an auspicious start.

Then I received a garbled voicemail that seemed to cancel my third appointment, which I had booked a month in advance. The message was unclear and seemed to indicate someone at the clinic forgot to update the schedule... but both my follow-ups to confirm / reschedule were completely ignored. Am cancelling all future appointments and looking for a new, professional location.

I was in Toronto for two months and started physio sessions with Joe for an injury that had been nagging me for many months and was significantly impacting my ability to run. He did a thorough assessment, determined the likely issue, and gave me focussed exercises and therapy. The pain is now significantly less and I am back to enjoying many of the activities I did before and also running longer distances comfortably. I would definitely recommend this clinic. (Although I do wish it was owned by a non-for-profit company rather than Shoppers.)

Joe was an incredible help to me recovering from a back injury. He took the time & patience to listen to my concerns and explain to me how the exercises he prescribed would help me. I’m recovered and back 100%. Highly recommend, thx Joe!

An excellent place when I needed physiotherapy! Very professional and informative. The staff always are attentive and timely, and are able to work with clients to find creative and effective ways of solving problems. I 100% recommend this service and it definitely deserves my 5 star rating.

I'm happy to have chosen the Greektown location (Pape Ave, Toronto) for my physio. Joe is personable, professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate that he gave me a complete program of exercises to address my need right away, rather than having to attend over the long term to get the big picture (as was the case with another physio clinic I used previously). Joe has been generous with his knowledge and advice - and it worked.

Joe Hayar is fabulous! He listens, he explains, he encourages. He really knows his stuff. Sarah has to be the most pleasant admin. person I've ever encountered.

I’m in my fifties. I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I have had a lot of pain and difficulty with movement. Luckily, I found Jane at Adelaide St E. and Sherbourne St. location of Trilogy Physiotherapy. Jane has given me treatment and exercises that are finally giving me hope and that are restoring strength and movement. I love the attractive modern clinic. They have also been very helpful using my insurance.
