This review is long overdue. We have worked, through our contractor and directly, with Dundas Specialty Windows & Doors (“Dundas Windows”) and specifically, Nelson Pereira, over the last 9 years. The experience has been outstanding. Nelson’s patience, knowledge and dedication to making sure we are happy and satisfied has and continues to give us great confidence when replacing our old windows and doors. The products Dundas Windows carries are first rate. We are very satisfied with our replacement windows, doors and related hardware. We worked with Dundas to replace all of the windows and doors in our commercial space. Their attention to detail, expert guidance / advice and post install service was impeccable. The entire front facade was custom and they delivered exactly what was expected. The installation crew was excellent, polite and clearly experienced. Beginning to end it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.
