I have been going to Anne & Ryan for years. Not only have they dry cleaned carpets for me (drop/off & pick/up) but Anne has altered every one of my dresses for special events with such fine precision.They take pride in the work that they do and it shows. I have lived in the “hood” for 22 years, have tried every dry/cleaner on the strip, and nothing compares to the excellent service & craftsmanship this beautiful couple provides. Anna and Brian, owner/operators of Fresh Beginning treat customers' clothes as if they were their own. The extra care they take with their cleaning, pressing and alteration services is rare. I have been a customer for more than a decade and am always delighted by their value for dollar and uncompromising quality and friendliness. And yes, the classical music that greets you always adds to the experience.

Super thoughtful, honest, friendly and conscientious people. Open early, close late. They play classical music (96.3 CFMZ) all the time - it's like an oasis of culture and laundry awesomeness in midtown. I go way out of my way to use them.
