Michael was fantastic. Came out late on a Saturday to help fix my leak. We didn't get everything fixed but there's no leaking anymore. I will definitely use them again for the major issue of replacing the main shut off valve in the very near future.
Edit: Even though I did not get a service from the company, I was personally called the next day for an apology and a chance to make things right. I was refunded the service fee I paid. Though I can’t testify on their service, I can attest for their integrity, which in my opinion is just as important as a job well done. Below is my original experience, for your own reference. I’m satisfied with the customer service provided.
Worst plumbers ever. I called them saying exactly what I needed, an O ring replacement. Plumber shows up to my house, later than what he said, looks at my sink tells me it’s an issue with my O ring and said he doesn’t have a replacement...read full review
I would like to express how. Very pleased Dwayne arranged for a crew to do a full service line and sewage lines annd all pipe were replaced . After digging everything up the soil was levelled and cleaned up behind all their jobs. I would highly recommend this company and highly recommend Dwayne to assess your job. I found him to be very honest man . So if you need a job done, call Dwayne he will get the job done right. Great job crew. Thankyou
