Dr Farkouh is great with my son- who isn't particularly fond of trips to the dentist! Impressive/efficient teamwork, great service. 100% would recommend to any parent of young children.

We can’t say enough great things about Dr David. After my toddler broke his front tooth, we were referred to him. His lovely bedside manner and expertise put us at ease immediately. He and his staff should teach a Master Class in how to provide top notch medical care with kindness.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Farkouh and his amazing assistant, Sarah. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. My daughter felt completely at ease throughout her appointment, thanks to the warm and gentle care she received. Dr. Farkouh was patient, knowledgeable. Sarah was also fantastic—so friendly and supportive, especially with my daughter. It truly was a positive and stress-free visit. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Both of my kids were under the care of Dr. Farkhouh from the time they were toddlers until they became teenagers. Throughout the years, we had an outstanding experience. Dr. Farkhouh consistently provided exceptional care, always displaying a high level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. His ability to make the kids feel comfortable and secure was remarkable, creating a child-friendly environment that fostered trust and ease at every visit.

Dr Farkouh was the third pediatric dentist we saw for our 3 year old daughter who had multiple cavities due to night breast feeding. We booked our appointment over the phone with a very friendly and reassuring front receptionist. She explained what would happen at our first consultation appointment and the options we could possibly have for our youngest daughter. We attended our appointment and our daughter Emma was warmly welcomed from the moment she walked in the door. All the staff were remarkable with her and made note of her "beautiful" dress and hairstyle. We knew we had found the right spot. Due to the number of cavities our daughter had we were offered the option of doing them all while she "slept". My wife and I were very hesistant, so Dr Farkouh recommended we try with a little laughing gas. We returned to the clinic a few days later to try filling some of the cavities using laughing gas however our daughter was too anxious. We ended up completing all the work on a Friday while she "slept". We left the office after her surgery Friday at 11 am, and the staff called us at 3 pm to see how Emma was doing. Throughout the weekend, we received emails always checking in to see not only how are daughter was doing but how we were doing. This office is so caring and truly loves working and helping families. Hands down this is the best pediatric dentist and office in Canada.

Seems like it would be a great place for kids but it's very expensive. Each time I went they were unable to help my daughter yet I was charged extensively only to be told to come back. Not fun and friendly at all! Also people... x-rays should not be done on children, so look into that.

Service is ok however very expensive compared to nearby dental clinic. First of all they want us to pay upfront, and reimburse . Where as most of the other clinics would directly bill. Secondly even after havi ng 2 insurances I had to pay out of pocket as service charges are higher than insurances upper limit. I have atleast been to 5 diff dental clinic never had similar issue

Rude office staff. Not returning.My two sons had been patients there for over 10 years. And while I like Dr. Farkouh, there are indeed problems with the staff.About a year had gone by since my sons had been there, so I called to see if they had an upcoming appointment.Staff member: "No."Me: "Can I book an appointment?"Staff member: "No. We don't have any."Me: "You have no appointments in all of time?"Staff member: "We're booking in the summer!"Me: "Well..."Staff member interrupting: "There's a cancellation. Can they be here in 20 minutes?"Me: "No, they just left for school."Staff member: "Then they'll have to come in the summer."Me: "Nope. They'll be going to a new dentist."When I first asked about any upcoming appointments, I expected a response along the lines of "I'm sorry you didn't get booked after your last visit. Let's see how when we can get you in." I guess my expectations were unreasonable.
