Dr. Allen and the lovely team at the Toronto Cat Clinic are the most kind, understanding, professional, and reassuring people I have ever met at a vet clinic or any care center ever. The entire team is extremely thoughtful, judgement-free, and they make sure to explain every step and cost of the process before anything is done and treat every case with such compassion.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic. When we moved to Toronto, we got our two cats settled here, both of whom had medical conditions and required medication. I've been a client of many different vets over the years (5+), and DTCC is by far the best. They deliver compassionate, fairly priced, thorough care, and I never felt oversold. The clinic is quiet and cat-oriented, so my cats were always calmer than at other clinics with noisier environments and barking dogs. I cannot thank Toronto Cat Clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed me during one of the hardest moments of my life. On the way to the clinic, my cat suffered a heart attack in the car. I called right away, and Jasmine and Giselle stayed on the phone with me while I was driving, calmly guiding me and checking on my wellbeing to make sure I was safe. When I arrived, they were waiting for me outside the clinic, in the cold and in the middle of the street, ready to take my cat from the car immediately.
