The front desk and nurse are lovely. Doctor and pharmacist are all very friendly and helpful. I used to come here because it was in my area, since I have moved I’ll still make the trip, one of the better walk in clinics I’ve been to!

Horrible and racist. Had white doctor that was immediately dismissive, asked for no history or tests and proceeded to diagnose me incorrectly. I felt unheard and unsafe

Dr. Freedman (sp?) is so awesome, thank you for always taking care of me when i can’t get into my gp!! definitely recommend going for when they open so you can secure a spot :)

Dr.Spring was wonderful. She is an empathetic doctor and patiently listened to all my concerns. The pharmacists were kind and efficient too. I waited for 15minutes for the walk-in.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour by who is meant to be a medical professional at this establishment. Completely disappointed and shocked by the way the doctor spoke during the appointment, never going back. There are ways you can talk to a human being without making them feel like garbage.

my experience with this place is not the best.I live close by and everytime I go there they never check my symptoms or prescribe anything to me. very dismissive and I left there more scared and my time was wasted. now i got a family doctor and it all good. great staff reception. but not going back there long wait and to have your time wasted by spending less than 3 mins in the dr office to tell you it nothing go get an advil most times they guess the symptoms and give a referal and no one whould call because they never sent it. amazes me.

I’ve have been coming here for years and even though i no longer live in the area I still make the trip . The secretary is warm and helpful and always honest about wait times- has never been dismissive . The nurse they have as well has always been so professional and kind when it comes to sharing personal details. They are a great duo . Doctors are kind and efficient .
