Consistently positive experience, time after time, at this dental centre. I have been to several dental offices, but this has to be one of the cleanest, most well maintained ones in Toronto. They also completed a renovation, which only made a great place even better!The staff here are top-notch. I found them to be complete professionals, while still interacting in a caring, compassionate manner - makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Both Dr. Ari and Dr. Gabriel are superb dentists. I recently had a fantastic experience at Don Valley Dental. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Dr. Ari Voudouris was exceptional, taking the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answering all my questions. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive. The dental hygienist was gentle yet thorough during cleanings.What stood out most was the emphasis on patient education. I am really impressed with the dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and front staff at Don Valley. I had a crown fall off last evening (on a Friday of course!!) so phoned later this morning to see if I could get a rather urgent appointment. The receptionist (Kristin) did her best to get me in ASAP, including intending to try for an available appointment at their other offices.Most fortunately however she was able to get me in at the office nearest to my home right away!! Dr Gabriel was attentive and very gentle, as was Nadia. Gabriel explained the situation to me clearly and my options.I am pleased to have these folks as part of my health team!!
