I first bought a furnace from Cozy World about 16 years ago and just upgraded to a new, more efficient model. I had been using another company for maintenance and got a quote from them for a Lennox furnace, but when I checked my old paperwork and saw that Cozy World had installed the original one, I decided to call them. I am so glad I did.
They recommended the exact same model for about 25% less than the competitor’s price. The installation was right on schedule, done perfectly, and they added a great new Lennox electronic thermostat that I can control from my phone. They left the furnace room spotless and took away the old unit and all materials.
We had a new furnace installed by Cozy World a few days ago. Saeed and Mohammad, the technicians, were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and fast to complete the work. They kept the area clean and answered all my questions. Thank you Saeed and Mohammad! If anyone is looking for a reliable HVAC installer, Cozy World is a great place to call!
