We had a really great experience with Patrick and Harry from MacLeod Air Inc. They arrived right on time as scheduled and were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
They took the time to patiently explain the work they were doing and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. We also really appreciated that they covered their work shoes before coming into the our condo— a small detail, but it showed how respectful and considerate they were.
They worked efficiently, did an excellent job, and finished well ahead of the expected time. It was clear that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about doing the job right.
Wonderful experience with MacLeod Air! This company was referred to us by another happy customer and we can see why. Our specialist arrived within the agreed upon timeframe, fixed the issue promptly and left their work space perfectly clean - actually cleaned up a bit of our space if I'm being honest! Definitely will call again if we have any issues.
