Macleod Air was very responsive when I reached out to them. They have sent two professionals that provided quality work and service the moment they entered our home and left the house in pristine conditions. Our WA6 was outdated, the fan had issues and they were able identify the root cause, replace the brand new fan and WA6 unit in a timely manner. I inquired about my air issue and had an appointment scheduled right away for the next day. Harry and Samir were both kind, and professional. I’ve never had a contractor actually arrive even remotely within the timeframe they said they would arrive in and Harry and Samir let me know ahead of time that they were running 15 minutes behind - a courtesy I really appreciated! Thanks so much to you both! Will definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.
