I started seeing Ritu for lower back sciatic and pinch nerve pain, as well as restricted mobility in my neck. Before Ritu, I couldn’t go from sitting on the floor to standing up without pain. Also, my neck was in able to turn with VERY limited range (I couldn’t not turn my neck to check blind spots while driving). Osteopathy has helped me with resolving all these issues. I can now turn my neck to check blind spots and go from sitting to standing without pain. Ritu is kind and knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling much more mobile and significantly less pain. I look forward to my monthly appointment with Ritu!
I have been going to Continuum for about 20 years. I began during my 2nd pregnancy and have sought treatment since then. I have seen several therapists as well as the naturopath, the osteopath and chiropractic care, all who have been very helpful to me over the years. Sjoukje, the owner, is dedicated to ensuring her clients are supported throughout their healing journey. I have had my husband, friends and family members go to Continuum, all of whom have been pleased with their service. I especially like that they have diverse service offerings which are suited to different issues that have come up over the years. I may have already left a review but now several months into my work with Ritu my symptoms are almost non existent and my body is a lot more calm. Fantastic place well run and managed as the Practioners seem happy and able to focus on their patients easily.
