I was suffering from PTSD. It was very difficult for me to maintain my relationships with my close friends and family. I was unable to lead a secure and comfortable life. I was referred to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy by one of my friends. I must say that this treatment helped me to feel more in control of my emotions, and I learned to think differently about my trauma and painful memories. I feel so better now.
