It was amazing working with Tom. Very professional and super experienced and very open to sharing insights, suggestions, and current market knowledge. It was as much a paid professional service as it was a valuable lesson watching Tom work. He makes sure that the process is transparent and explains very well. Found Tom online, inspection was smooth and detailed. He recommends people to keep on asking question especially if you’re are a first time home buyer. Lastly, he also prepare a summary doc with all the info/pictures of the property that you can refer to anytime during the buying process. One thing I would say, given that he’s very very detail and he will point out all the bad things of the house, and this is important as Tom is the devils advocate, then you will make the final decision based on his findings.
