(PLEASE READ IF YOUR NEW🙏)2 years ago I went to this salon to get bohemian braids done and it was my birthday at that time and I remember there was complete disorganization and terrible customer service. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE HAIR EXTENSIONS I WANTED!!! Even though prior I had asked for this style. Very disappointing with the whole experience I left feeling like my money went down the drain because that’s sense I got is that they are only worried about the money.

I had paid 400+ !!!!for this braid style whatever it’s called. I had even tipped them prior this style and I still got an ugly braid style on my head.

The owner told me to try this extension and that it would look the same and even the braider knew it wouldn’t work ( she gave a disappoint look on her face as if she knew what the owner was doing !!)
As we’re finished it looked like grandma locks on my hair very ugly and amateur type.

I’m writing this now after 2 years because I did not get compensation for that and what’s funny is I asked her for the price after because that’s how you paid after the hair style Is done. She told me not confidently 400 + and I was shocked but paid anyway.

BIG MISTAKE!!! Do not come here if ur looking for a new braider all she wants is money !!! The service is outstandingly POOR!!!

Kumba was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She did such a great job on my small knotless braids and was incredibly quick, honestly so impressed. Why I always come back! 🙌🏾

This is the second time Mama B has done my hair and, honestly, I love it! My hairstyle is gorgeous and I'm already getting compliments. She has magic hands. The team is truly top-notch when it comes to customer service.

I went for a quick wash + blow dry and trim. Cynthia was so sweet and I almost fell asleep in the chair while she was washing my hair. Definitely will go back.

First time at the salon . The ladies were friendly. I appreciate the lady who braided my hair , I don't like my braid tight and she did an amazing job . Neat and nice . I've gotten so much compliments and will be sharing the studio contact. Thank you ladies and I will be back.

Had a great silk press with Jeff. We started on time and my hair was sleek and shiny 😍 The appointment took about 2.5 hours but it was a great experience. A wash and trim is included but not a hair treatment so keep that in mind.

I got my hair done by Kumba and she did an amazing job. I got Fulani braids and it looks so good. The best salon to get braids!

Not to mention your customer care and professionalism 👌🏿 Just know...thank you for always making me feel and look refreshed. Can't wait for my next hairstyle. See you soon 🤗
