Jessica is a gifted RMT. She's skilled at focusing on the problem spots and adjusting as needed based on how I feel on a particular day. I always feel not just looser, but actually lighter after our appointments. She's also a gentle presence and, as such, the experience tends to have a meditative quality to it.

I feel like a moron… I could have been seeing David Garces for the last five years???? My friend and coworker said over and over “you should go to my guy!” I felt this stupid loyalty to my guy… who is just fine… I didn’t think he was bad at all! He really helped me… but David made me feel way better, way faster!!! He is thorough and he just knows what he’s doing. Although I am probably the polar opposite of my friend, (ie I don’t talk much and he has to really work really hard to get through all the fat to even get to my muscles … ), he is intuitive and strong…. Not only was Jennifer kind, and caring, but she asked me questions to help understand me further and implemented ideas to help my body in the state it is. My shoulders, head, back, and arms felt a lot looser. After everyone, my friends even said they noticed I was a lot more zen. I do wish there was better usage of direct billing, as I paid the full amount for the appointment, and yet I have insurance. However, it still feels worth it.
