I’m in between jobs and decided to try yoga again after a long break, with the plan to check out a few studios before deciding. I took Breathe’s new student offer for 2 weeks, and from the very first class I knew this was it.

The atmosphere is so welcoming - attentive teachers, friendly classmates, and classes that aren’t overcrowded. The facilities are great too: a nice waiting area, clean changing rooms, lockers, and even a shower. Everything feels calm and you immediately feel at home there.

The best part for me are the Ashtanga yoga classes. I was planning to try other studios, but I don’t need to. I’m staying at Breathe!

This is my happy oasis in the city. It's a really great space for all yoga practioners. I started with a 2-week new student pass and then started practicing regularly. All the teachers here are very knowledgeable and help you get established in your practice. The whole community is very friendly. So fortunate to have found this studio in my neighbourhood. Truly a hidden gem, I'd highly recommend those curious about yoga to give it a try.

There's also a wide range of classes for all skill levels and interests, from slower flow classes to intense Pilates workouts. The studio has a variety of instructors, each offering their own unique style and energy but all extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. The room itself is big and bright with a wall of windows offering a calming atmosphere and the staff and community... read full review
