Very relaxing! I especially love that you can order a smoothie while enjoying the circuit of the waters. Very enjoyable to go with a friend or on your own. The cold plunge is refreshing but I love the heat of the hot pools, sauna, and steam room the best.
I have arranged Spa Days twice for ladies in my community ( I run a social club for ladies to do fun stuff together in the GTA: Elsewhere Soul Tours) and everyone absolutely loved it. I also go with my friends once in a while to de-stress. The Spa is so clean, it is calm and quiet, the lighting is perfect (very soothing and gentle) the pools are amazing! We usually get the relaxation massages and they are so good. All the staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and welcoming. If you are looking for some amazing self-care Body Blitz should be your destination. Looking forward to my next visit!
Body Blitz is a mini oasis in downtown Toronto. I love the east end location; the larger size allows for people to spread out and the amenities provide a great amount of space and variety.
The cold plunge is heaven and reduces joint pain in my hands and knees for about a month after. It's an anti-inflammatory life saver.
It's a clean, wonderful place to come with friends, and also to come alone to decompress and unwind from the chaos of life.
