Perhaps I was misinformed on lymphatic massage but this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had post op massage in the past after surgery and lymphatic drainage as a therapeutic option as part of a deep tissue massage so I was really confused when this was not at all similar to either. While the therapist did target lymphatic zones, the massage could have been given by a toddler. I mentioned I was comfortable with pressure but he insisted this type of massage should be done extremely lightly. He tapped points under my arm, behind my leg and around the pelvic bone but I could barely tell I was being touched it was so light. No oils were used at any point and for $155 for 45 mins I really wish I went somewhere else. My hope was to see or feel some results of this specific type of massage but I just left feeling extremely disappointed.

I have been getting massages for years, but not like this one. This the BEST massage I have ever experienced. Body and Soul is a must for everyone. The atmosphere is beautiful and the cleanest place I have ever been to.
