This was a few months back but I had a wonderful experience with one of the staff at the mobile plan area. His name is Mohammed Waseef. It would be an understatement to say that I asked many questions (I asked COUNTLESS questions). Mohammed was very patient and answered all of them without hesitation! The fact that I remember his level of service after months have passed speaks to the quality!

I had a great experience with Pratyusha, the mobile agent at Best Buy, on Boxing Day. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose a new phone and a suitable phone plan. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I can speak to others experiences, but yesterday for boxing day we were incredibly well taken care of! William from the mobile section and Saurav from the headphones were both incredibly polite, professional, patient and helpful! Dealing with these crowds is not fun but these guys were still so kind and chill amongst the chaos LOL! Thanks y'all and happy holidays!
