I was initially going to leave a negative review but, I changed my mind thanks to 2 employees. Yesterday I bought an iPad Pro Cover yesterday but turns out I was supposed to get the iPad 10th Gen cover instead. What's worse is that I didn't have a receipt with me because whoever checked me out didn't understand a word of English, didn't try to communicate with me, and didn't give me my receipt.So last night, after learning my mistake, I called the store and a customer rep by the name of Susan, helped set aside my worries by confirming that I could use my proof of purchase via my credit card to make a refund.What's more is that when I got to the store, an employee by the...read full review

The staff work at this store are genius and so helpful! Shout out to Matthew who helped me restore my iPad immediately( borrowed a Mac book for me to connect with iTunes)Thank you so much!!!!
