Nice apple store, the best part of they run various programs (centered around their products, no doubt) for kids like arcade challenges, painting, drawing etc at large screens in the store. The store was having many children taking part.
The student discount on Mac and other exchange options were also available.
I went in with a what I thought was a broken screen on my iPhone 13 mini (4 years old), thinking I was going to have a crazy repair bill or have to upgrade. But it turned out my screen protector had done its job! Both people who helped me were super helpful and friendly, even when it became clear I wasn’t going to be spending any money in the store (unfortunately they don’t carry screen protectors or cases for 13 mini anymore). It was my first time in an Apple store, and it was a very positive experience!

The wait here is always terrible even if you have made an appointment.
I’ve had two issues over the years that I’ve hone here for.
One wasn’t resolved. The test they performed had already been performed online and I was told it was an unfixable issue. It was bad because I waited over 40 minutes to be given no resolution.
Second was taken care of well. I was given a new piece for something that was broken.
