TLDR; waxing services are great, reception and customer service needs some work; UPDATE: after leaving review, I received a call to rectify the issueOverall experience was great! The waxing itself was done well, quickly, relatively painlessly. Karla makes you feel comfortable and is reassuring.One star was taken off because after my appointment, I visited their website again and noticed they have several promos going on - one of which would have applied to me (20% off for first time clients). I paid full price and was not given the 20% off. I'm sure that reception can see that the booking was made by a first time client, especially since I was given a customer loyalty...read full review

The staff here go above and beyond in making you feel welcome and cared for. They were super friendly, kind people which helped to make my first experience exceptional! Their waxing services are great also.

It was my first time coming here and I’ll certainly be back. The owner took great care of me and I really appreciated how she took her time to achieve the perfect result. The salon is lovely and I would really recommend it.Service: Facial hair removal
