Had a great experience visiting this clinic for a broken toe. Didn’t want to wait hours at the E.R. I was seen within the hour for a walk in appointment and had my xray completed the same day. Dr. Benjamin was kind and very helpful to provide me with the right treatment. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

Update. Recent visit was great. Staff were nice and efficient.
Waiting on test results. They won't return calls and they don't pick up the phone. Useless! Complete waste of time

I was so impressed by the care offered at this clinic. I attended as I became unwell while on holiday here in Canada from the UK and was unsure whether I could easily receive the medical help that I needed, however I was seen within 15 minutes of attending the clinic and was carefully listened to by the nurse and doctor and able to receive the medications needed promptly. I would like to thank the staff at the clinic for their hard work making this such an effective service and am grateful that they could provide the compassionate care and treatment needed to help me recover

I have been coming to this office for about 10 years and I have not had a family doctor that has truly made an impact like Dr. Shastri has even in the short amount of time that he has been there. I have seen almost every physician in the clinic and no one has made a genuine impact in my life like he has. I do however, find it extremely frustrating that every time I need to book an appointment with him I am forced to call the clinic at least 10 times before getting a call picked up. Dr.Shastris availability online is completely blocked out but completely available over the phone. I have been unable book with him online since him becoming my family doctor despite him having availability and this issue has been ONGOING… every other doctor seems to be available to book online accept him. He is the only physician I whole heartedly trust with my health so hopefully this issue can be solved so that healthcare becomes a little more accessible for his patients like me .

The clinic is nice but Dr. Shastri is truly exceptional. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, always taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my visit and couldn’t recommend Dr. Shastri more

I saw Dr. M. Chaklader (Gastroenterologist) at Bay College Medical & Lockwood Diagnostic and had a bad experience. During the consultation, although she asked about my symptoms and some medical history, conclusions about my lifestyle and diet seemed to be made without actually asking about them. Instead, assumptions appeared to be based on my ethnicity, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Several tests were recommended with little explanation or discussion. When I tried to ask questions to better understand the recommendations, the responses felt dismissive. At the end of the appointment, when I attempted to ask one final question, Dr. Chaklader abruptly said “no,” gestured with her hand for me to stop speaking, and walked away. I also waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Overall, the interaction felt discourteous and left me feeling unheard and disrespected.

We have been going to this clinic with my family for a long time, and we are truly very satisfied with Dr. James Tremayne and the staff as well. At every visit, Dr. Tremayne has been very helpful to me and my family regarding our health issues. Whenever we have any concerns, he patiently explains everything to us in detail. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy doctor in Canada, but Dr. Tremayne is truly an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone.
