The showroom allows customers to touch and feel products, making it a great place to shop. However, some customers have experienced issues with service quality and product defects, which the business could improve on.
I needed help finding a replacement for a 10” door lever, but the size wasn’t standard. I’m so glad this store was able to help by taking exact measurements and finding the right fit! The staff were kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend their excellent service!
