Assured were really great to work with. The staff were all very helpful and easy to work with, and were very good at their job. The repairs were also excellent, and they even gave me some leftover touch up paint for free when I asked about it. Definitely recommend this place.

The team has made this whole process very easy and seamless. It is always a stressful process when dealing with auto repairs but they really made it as stress free as possible. Gave regular updates on the vehicle and I appreciate the clear communication. I highly recommend this shop to others!

I received a wonderful service from Assured Toronto Downtown at 457 King St. E. The estimates on the auto repair were very reasonable. The communication on the status of the repair was clear and in time. The pick up time was exactly what was promised. Mr. John Palmateer was very pleasant to work with. The whole process was handled professionally and painless. One thing worth noting was that the final bill was less than initial estimates for the repair job. I was so impressed by their honesty, the quality of the work and the efficiency of the process. Highly recommended
