Dealing with Khalid and John Palmateer at Assured Automotive on King Street East was a stress free, pleasant experience. Not only did the repair estimate come on time, but the timeline for booking the repair and completion of the job was professional and exact. The price was more reasonable than at other shops and no extra unneeded parts were offered!Khalid kept us up-to-date on what was going on, John looked after a few minor corrections after we got the car back.All in all great service. We highly recommend his body shop.
Recently I dealt with Assured Downtown (King Street) and Assured Peterborough to repair my car after a stressful “no fault” accident. They took great care to communicate all the details along the way. Shout out to John Palmateer who was kind, efficient and very professional to deal with, especially when a few technical details were missed & they needed to correspond with my car dealership to ensure proper recalibration of the vehicle. Really liked dealing with Assured, they were recommended by my insurance company, Wendy at the King St. Office was very helpful and the shop in Mississauga communicated throughout the process. They even worked in a separate, out of pocket repair while the car was in the shop. Highly recommended
