I have just had my car fixed by Awin Downtown. It is the second time I have had to use their service - first time on a different car and just for odd chemical damage to the paint. This time due to someone driving into me at fairly high speed that did quite a bit of damage to my 6 month old car. Damage to the front including the hood, driver and passenger doors (hood pushed into them), camera sensor, air handling, etc - lots to do. Both times they have been excellent, I could not have asked for better service. Roger was great to deal with, always responsive and took the time to make sure all was done properly. Thank you Awin and Roger!

AWIN Downtown Bodyshop took care of my car after a minor fender bender.Decided to go with them because they were my dealership’s bodyshop of choice.Matthew was super responsive over email, worked with our insurance as needed and provided updates as they came. Even with a minor setback, the team was quick to resolve the issue, with the holidays just around the corner.Great customer service overall.
