I've used Ask Computers on numerous occasions. 1) Repaired problem with iPhone7 where microphone was inactivated due to a chip problem reported on Apple forums. Searched the web - they were only one of two places in Canada who could do a micro-soldering repair. 2) Replaced numerous batteries, broken screens. 3) Fixed water damage to iPhone 6s screen, camera. 4) Tried to fix my Apple laptop with malfunctioning screen; charged $700 but then it broke again; their supplier replaced it for free; but it still malfunctioned, due to a motherboard issue which they felt was not worth replacing. They then voluntarily refunded me the original $700 cost. Because of this experience, I think they are very honest and reliable. I would very much recommend them to others.
