Gilles is a knowledgeable, perceptive and personable therapist who helps patients regain range of motion and reduce pain. Clients have praised his professionalism and the positive atmosphere at the clinic. The receptionist is dedicated to working through insurance coverage, and the friendly staff makes patients feel welcome. Apex Physiotherapy & Massage is highly recommended for those seeking physiotherapy and massage therapy.
Gilles is an excellent physiotherapist who is good at explaining everything that he wants you to do to improve your problem.
His receptionist, Emily is very helpful and skilled at sending you information to do your exercises at home
I've had Physiotherapy for two other injuries in the past. In both cases, I was one of several patients receiving treatment in tandem---someone would come and show me an exercise or hook me up to an electroshock machine & then disappear to treat other patients. Twice, I had to remind them I was still there, as they'd completely forgotten about me.
Gilles gave me much more focused, personalized one-on-one care, and I really appreciate that. I wish more providers were as attentive and professional in their approach as the staff at Apex. A+ Highly recommend!

He listened to my concerns and understood my issue immediately, making it easy to communicate. Additionally, he was very accommodating with my schedule, which I greatly appreciated.
