My wife has had a couple of ultrasounds at this centre and we have had a great experience so far. The staff at the reception is very polite and answered all the queries that we had. They checked us in immediately upon arrival and were very courteous. We had a prior appointment on both occasions and had to wait for just 5 minutes. Leila (apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly) was great with ultrasound. She was very professional and kind. She explained everything before starting and was polite, understanding, and professional throughout. I had a really positive experience at this clinic today. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made such a difference as I was feeling a little bit anxious going in. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I was also able to make a same-day appointment, which was amazing. Both the receptionist and the ultrasound technician were great! I was able to get a same-day appointment and was seen as soon as I arrived. I believe the tech’s name was Masud (apologies if I spelled it wrong). I was anxious coming in and really appreciated him explaining what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was my first time here but I’ll definitely be back!
