AML Auto Service has been my choice for years. Art's, (the owner) extraordinary expertise has rescued me several times from very complicated problems. With his knowledge and tenacity, he always finds the right solution. The staff at the front desk always give a clear explanation of my car's problem and the work required. They keep good records of my car's history. They consider my needs and work to find the most cost effective solution.
This shop is SUPERB. The quality of their customer service is second-to-none. And they are the kings of follow-up. Had I any complaints they’d have addressed them immediately. The other observation I'd make is that culture at AML is miles better than most. Everybody cooperates beautifully, they laugh, and they listen to each other. It's truly a special and very unusual place.
A great find. I've been to AML three times now and each time they've done a great job. A few months ago I took it in after I'd drained my battery and had to get it jumped. I booked for an oil change too and told them when I booked that I thought I'd need a new battery since the car was over 5 years old. When I picked it up, they said they'd checked the battery and it was fine. So refreshing to find an honest place! Today I took it in for a warning light about my headlight being low. Turned out it was just loose. No charge. Great service.
