A great experience! Direct-Repair's quote was comparable with others I received but I chose them to repair our Genesis G80 for several reasons: (1) the quote was provided to me on the spot - no waiting, (2) the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, (3) their facilities were spotless and it was clear they had real passion for their work and (4) they were able to start the work right away. The car was done in the time promised and on budget and the work exceptional - the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The car was cleaned inside and out before being returned. Direct Repair Leaside did an amazing job. This business is run with integrity and customer service in mind. They even found something that wasn't included in the original quote and did it for free. It's a relief to find like-minded business owners who operate their business the way I do. I'll be recommending them to everyone.
