I am so impressed by the customer service I received from Allan Rug Co.
I ordered a custom bound wool carpet from them in August. It quickly became apparent to me that the quality was sub par compared to the sample I ordered from.
Before I had a chance to contact them to raise my concerns, they reached out to see if I would leave a review. When I told them I was not happy with the quality of the rug, they requested pictures. It was difficult to see the issues from a photo so my salesperson, Joan-Marie scheduled a home visit. She them followed up with the manufacturer and kept on them when they were slow to respond.
I'm beyond satisfied with this team. We found a carpet we loved with a competitor, but something was just not feeling right.
I called Peter and Danielle here at Allan Rug.
Peter was so helpful, and help explain everything to me over the phone, over 2 or 3 calls. (I kept having more questions)
Peter was great!!!
Their pricing was about 10% more than their competitor, but the trust I felt was worth every penny. I ordered over the phone. Site unseen.

Allan Rug put in a wall to wall wool carpet for us 25 years ago and it lasted until recently. We decided to hire them again to replace this carpet as well as the stair runner. We are very happy with the result! Beverley was wonderful to deal with. She responded to all of our questions and concerns and the job was completed on budget and on time. The installers were also fantastic. Highly recommend.

What an amazing company!
