Ian was professional and fixed the problem quickly
We needed a shutoff valve installed and this required the City to first shut off the water service. After many delays by the City the service was turned off and Advanced Plumbing was there within minutes to install the valve. The service was done promptly. The technician was extremely polite and explained everything to me. The company was accommodating to my issues with the City and assisted with advice to get the job done. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing.
Laz and Aman did a great job replacing our water heater. They arrived right at the specified time and completed the work within 3 hours. They both were very professional and kept us informed of what they were doing. I have absolutely no complaints about the job they did. I am also pleased at how quickly our problem with the water heater was taken care of, from the time I originally called Advanced for service, until the time the work was completed.
