We had tried several pest control companies before, but nothing worked until we found Actual Pest Control. Their service was outstanding, we are finally mouse-free, and the bugs are gone too. They came back twice to make sure everything was handled, replaced the bait at no extra charge, and made sure we were completely satisfied. They were professional, informative, and took the time to guide us on how to keep our home pest-free. Highly recommend.

They were very reassuring and took the time to explain the safety of the traps, which was extremely important to us since we have kids in the house. The best pest control in Durham. I had a huge bat in my house and was very terrified. I called Muhammad and he was here in less than half an hour to get rid of it. He also assured me that everything will be ok in within minutes the bat was gone. I would recommend this company because I called over 10 companies and they told me to wait the next day. It was 12:30am and Actual Pest control showed up and showed out. 10/10.
