Called around to diagnose and repair a rattling noise. 1 Four 0 Nine were able to see me the next day and resolved the issue in less than an hour at a reasonable charge. Great service and efficiency. Would definitely use again for future car maintenance/repair.

Sang and Igor were so welcoming and helpful. I was recommended this place by a close friend of mine. As soon as I walked in and explained the issue with my car, Sang was able to accommodate me and offered to look at the car on the same day. I was very appreciative of this as I did have my family with me including a toddler and an infant. It meant a lot to me that we didn’t have to come back on another day. Within a couple hours, he called and explained the work needed to be done and was able to order the parts and complete the job by mid afternoon. I’ve been driving for 25 years and have visited many mechanics in that time, but none have come close to the honest, humble, and generous service I’ve received at 1 Four O Nine. I’ve made several visits to this shop, and each time I’ve been treated with genuine care and integrity. They never try to upsell or overcharge, and they always take the time to explain what’s needed and why. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but the team at 1 Four O Nine has earned that trust completely. I can’t recommend them highly enough—this place is a gem in Toronto’s West
