We woke up this morning to a very cold house, good ol' northern Ontario winter luck, our furnace wasn't running. We called Theriault Plumbing and Heating and had to leave a voicemail. However, Dan called back fairly quickly. Over the phone, he went over a few steps we could take to make the furnace work again without having to send a technician, he explained he's seen it all too often it being an easy fix and did not want to make people waste their money! I was able to check over the areas he described and of course, it was an easy fix I was able to do myself.
