I had a new furnace installed at the beginning of winter. I had a fair price for the unit and no issues with it yet. The guys doing the install we kind and friendly. One of the things I really liked to see was an apprentice working alongside a master. It is really good to see companies taking the time to invest in our youth instead of just seeking masters.Service: Heating system installation

Really helpful when I lost my furnass on the weekend! Scott Came out on Saturday and tried his best but needed to order parts. Left me with plug in heaters to stay warm. Parts came in and had me repaired within a week! Reasonable price also. Great work!

Had to either replace or fix our fireplace insert, a new one from a couple companies was $5000, one company said no can't repair it call someone else, another company said we are too busy short staffed call someone else, by that time i was done with the companies in this town, i was ready to get out of town companies come in and fix but i decided to call Lacroix, well they fullfilled. Gave us option of buying and fixing, yes THEY CAN FIX IT, didn't tell me to call someone else because they can't get the parts. Scott was amazing, very informative, professional. There was a glitch with the glass but that fell on the glass company not Lacroix. Will continue to use Lacroix...read full review
