Was there today for oil change and regular checkup. Guys went above and beyond and checked everything in my car and acknowledged me about things in my car. No push for buying extra stuff. Perfect ongoing place for oil and tire change. They have a expert available on the floor to make sure everything js good in car on your way out and he did check everything before we went out and making sure everything was fine with service. Impressive

So friendly staff and manager. They helped me when everyone was closed on long weekend. I had flat tire and I have to reach toronto for important work but I had flat tire and I called location and asked them to keep it open until I reach there because they were closing but they kept store open until I reached there and fixed my tire even after closing hours. I offered them extra cost for staying open late on long weekend but they have not even took extra money. Much appreciated your help and I'll tell all my friends that experience with Mr lube tillsonburg. Keep up good work.

Even open on family day. I asked manager if they are open on long weekends and they said they want to help people who got stucked with problems so they can get back to road. Hard to find those kind of people who cares about their customers and service was so good that now I made mind to come here only for my car regular maintenance even tho I have to drive a while but I would love to give them business to deserving people. Heads off to team and their service.
