I should have done this when my minds were first installed but here we are. I love my new blinds and just as important I love the customer service. Sam was/is amazing. Knows his stuff and is so friendly, helpful and professional. Recently I had a small challenge with one of my blinds (nothing to do with Blind Spot or Sam) and gave Sam a call to ask a quick question and he said he would be over in 15 minutes. He took care of my challenge quickly and with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Sam and Blind Spot. Thanks for going above and beyond Sam.

Byron was great to work with. He was prompt, professional and the blinds came in super quick. He was also really helpful in recommending the best blind for our kitchen. We will definitely be ordering more blinds from him in the near future.
