I never got my hair done in a salon before , I was so so nervous . the lady's at the front desk were so kind , kept checking in on me , seija did my hair she was amazing , kind and did a wonderful job !! everyone there was soo nice and make you feel so welcomed . I'm so happy I went there and ill definitely be going back ?❤️❤️❤️

Seija cut and styled my hair today. She was very knowledgeable and thorough before she even began cutting. She asked what I liked most about my inspiration photo so that she could recreate the elements that I preferred and she nailed it! Super friendly as well! I will definitely see her again next time I am in Thunder Bay. ❤️

100% recommend Terra Nova Salon & Day Spa! Janelle was professional and friendly. She gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. I have long hair and requested a ‘not too short’ cut. It turned out perfect. I also experienced great customer service.
