Ordered online and went in to pick up. Only ordered two things but one was missing from the bag. I’m very grateful to how the staff handled it. Normally too anxious to say anything but Fenty is expensive. Girl who helped me, replaced the item and was so nice. Thank you!

Hi, I shopped at Sephora a few weeks ago in the seek of a product that would benefit my eye bags. A employee named Kayla offered me amazing customer service and introduced me to a product called "Argan Pro- Retinol Eye Concentrate by Josie Maran". I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
