I love pet value on Arthur St Thunder Bay. The store staff is always happy and helpful. However, the two ladies that do the grooming are top notch. I absolutely love taking my dog there and continuing to do so even tho I moved across town! Love these gals!
There is always friendly service and someone to great you when you come in.They offer many different items for a variety of pets.I like the 13th bag is free offer for dog and cat food and hay
Customer service is personable. From the Manager to each team member they are helpful, attentive, smiling and genuine. They will offer and carry heavier purchases out to your vehicle. Researched a product for me, right to the source- thank you!!
