This pet valu is filled with kind and friendly staff that are always willing to help. The store is always stocked up (don't get me started on the plethora of toys they have, its awesome) and the animals are treated with the most loving care I've ever seen. great job to all the staff and thank you for being so amazing.
I like this one much better than the one on Arthur Street. The male bettas get a planted 5 gallon, and the females get a sorority tank. They have a great selection of fish and plants as well. I didn't see much of the rest of the store, but from what I saw I liked it and the staff are so nice.
I came in at 8:45 while they were mopping and had many questions about taking a cat on a flight.
They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and took their time to answer the questions even though they were closing in 15 mins. They did not rush me, and told me to take my time.
I felt bad about being there so late, but what amazing staff to be so accommodating and kind when I was so worried about the trip. 5/5 👌
