Dr Laakso listens to my concerns and does everything she can to help! Much appreciated and I got in the same day. Sometimes you just can’t wait 2 months and ER is such a hassle

Dr. Anna Laakso. I met her for the first time today, March 5, 2024. She was very nice. The receptionist is a little on the colder side but she does her job. The little cubicle I was put in is very small.

Super kind staff. They told me to come back in an hour to see the nurse, which is a nice change from other clinics that just make you wait there for 4+ hours. Still had to wait an hour, but it was much less painful than waiting at other walk ins. 10/10 Will be going here from now on...

Family Medicine Clinic. As of March 1, 2024, the public walk-in clinic will close indefinitely. We offer a full-scope Family Medicine Practice with a wide variety of insured services through the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) visits for Physician assessment of workplace injury, and uninsured services such as Driver's Medicals, Form Completion, Ear syringing and more.
