So I called over 30 times to make an appointment - this was at 2pm in the afternoon - well after lunch time. Nobody answers the phone nor can i speak with any other receptionist. Hence, i have no other choice but to go to the emergency department and clog up their system. Hey, Dr H - it's the 21st century - how about online booking or better yet, hire receptionists that actually do their job and answer the phone! If this were in the states, you all would be out of a job - no wonder people in Canada have such horrible health outcomes. Even when we try to access this outdated system, roadblocks such as this put up barriers to care.

Have an awesome retirement, Dr. CAPRICCI !!!Best Family Doctor for me, my children, and grandchildren since January 1982.Had my last visit with her November 1, 2023Sad, but I'll probably never have to go here again........The Spence Clinic is in this building on the 5th floor, and there are only 2 doctors left there as of December 1, 2023. The other medical places should be reviewed on their own Google Map site. The building has other businesses in it as well. I have always been treated well by all the doctors at the Spence. Terrible place. Currently on call 31 trying to get throught to reception. Dr is always over an hour late to scheduled appointments. And then makes me feel like an inconvenience. 2 years with a chronic problem and I'm still at square oneWith these people
