Took me longer than it should have for me to make this comment . I just wanna say incredible place - incredible people !! I was traveling from Alberta to southern Ontario , on Halloween weekend . I pulled up to the door of Midas at 2:30 , they fixed my coolant leak even with the place closing , they made sure I was mobile to continue my journey ! If I could give this place a 10 star I would ! On top of all that they did not even charge me for fixing my truck ! Just amazing - and no I have zero affiliation with this business ! Thank you VERY MUCH Thunder Bay Midas , you all rock !!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am writing this review on behalf of K. Meyer who visited this Midas in Thunder Bay for the first time in September 2023. At 3:15pm on a Thursday afternoon, faced with a 12+ hours drive leaving early on the Friday, Ms. Meyer discovered she needed brakes on her truck. Peter Leblanc and his team checked her in right away, where they discovered a need for front rotors and pads. Ms. Meyer felt the team was honest and trustworthy, working well to have her out the door in 45 minutes confident she could drive safely the next day. Well done to the Thunder Bay Midas team and thank you to Peter for your professionalism.

I love this place. I have a Ford lease and I use this location to do all work besides warranty stuff. They have always treated me well (I have dealt with many men in these places that talk down to women.), professionally and kindly. There are always smiles. Highly recommend.
